I have had many different chapters in my life. Some experiences were cancer, personal bankruptcy, multiple severe physical, emotional, and psychological traumas. I am familiar with some of the dark places that life holds and am proof that it is possible to overcome some seemingly impossible issues. This journey led me to a passion for self realization and I became a facilitator/therapist. I am grateful to be able to share my life experiences as a therapist and having lived through and survived many obstacles has given me a perspective to relate to and understand different aspects of trauma. I consider empathy a gift to me and my patients.
I started practicing in 2011 as a CranioSacral therapist trained at the Upledger Institute. I studied extensively with the Upledger Institute for many years. I continued my studies in Classical Osteopathy and have now studied extensively for the last decade.
As a Manual Osteopath and Upledger Certified Advanced CranioSacral Therapist I provide comprehensive personalized care to babies, children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly. I specialize in injury prevention and rehab, structural neuro-musculoskeletal injuries and issues, brain health and function(brain injuries, concussions), Psychosynthesis(Self realization, personal growth and development).
